2. SHIPPING
DOMESTIC ORDERS:
There is a charge for shipping. Shipping will be made via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. All will be shipped within 5-7 days of receipt of order. Please contact me for rush orders requiring priority or overnight shipping.
All domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number; orders over $100
will include insurance. Please contact me if you would otherwise like
to purchase insurance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
There is a $20 fee for international shipping. There is no way of tracking international packages once they leave US territory unless you pay a fee to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International. Please contact me to request an upgrade.
Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for package arrival.
International buyers are responsible for all duty fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. I will not mark the package as "gift" or alter the value of goods.
Quiet Storm Designs is not responsible for lost domestic or international shipments.
Please double and triple check your shipping and email address before completing your purchase.
3. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I hope your purchase is as special to you as it was for me to craft it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) so that we can make satisfactory arrangements to correct any problems.
If a refund is requested, please return the item within 7 business days of receipt. Refunds minus shipping and 10% restocking fee will be made to the purchasers' PayPal address upon receipt of the item. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a refund loss or merchandise credit.
No refunds will be given for customized, personalized or otherwise altered items due to their individualized nature.
